Will "ShackBox" run in other versions of Linux?...... More specifically...LinuxMint.

Well Bill I believe Shackbox is independent of you OS and will run as a live CD. All Linux OS use the same core kernel , some like Fedora and Ubuntu do have certain Kernel Modules installed and sometimes modified for their use. They how every can not modify the Kernel itself. You might check out the docs on the Shackbox site. I am not running it since everything it includes is available under Ubuntu.
