I have been on the 12 Meter band lately & have made a few SSB & PSK-31 Dx Contacts especially into France & Spain.This is usually a good Sign when we start having action on 12 meters that is a good indictation that Europe is no too far away on the 10 meter band .Lets Hope so

I have seen openings at several different times of the day but I have noticed that there are propigations mostly around 14:00UTC to 16:00 UTC.
Usually during the week.
Like Monday thru Friday.
However there has been some on the weekends Also.
