Castle Craig Chapter Announcement

Greetings:

I am announcing some slight changes to the Castle Craig Chapter's Castle Craig
Plus Certificate.

The change is being made to make it easier to calculate the FINAL POINT TOTAL
for the Castle Craig Plus Certificate.

Starting 01 January 2009 we will be eliminating the the calculation of partial
points, (was 2 decimal points after the whole total), in the final total when
upgrading. What this means is that when you upgrade you will no longer see the
line that you have a x.xx calculated point value. Your points will be stated
in whole numbers.

The advantage is now when you submit extra points which would give you a calculated
value of 1/2 point or more, (100 to 199 points), your total will reflect the next
higher point value. Points submitted from 1 to 99 will show as the next lower value,
(your actual calculated points).

IE: Submit 0 - 99 points = 0 Point Value
Submit 100 to 199 Points = 1 Point Value

I have been testing the program with various member's records and everything is
working as expected.
