Weekly Updates Fall/Winter

Hi Everyone,
If you wish to get a prospective of how propagation is doing this Fall and Winter, I have begun my weekly reporting of what I am seeing here in North Texas on 10 Meters.

I use my 10 Meter PropNET PSK31 captures to compile this info. Your results may vary, but is intended to give you an idea of what 10 Meters is capable of doing during the Fall and Winter when F2 MUF rises. I will report weekly and will add some 2011-2012 comparison charts soon.

The F2 season has already taking off and Europe to North American activity is more than the same time last year. Solar flux is a little down, but geomagnetic activity is more quiet.

I have updated the blog this morning (11/11) after accidently wiping out 5 weeks of updates.

Not many of you are viewing it.
If the lack of attention continues, I will just update it at mid season (winter solstice) and at the beginning of Spring to let you all know what you missed.
I do this strictly to keep you informed to what 10 Meters is capable of doing. Despite lower solar activity, great things have still happened.
It is a little depressing, so any upswings need to be taken advantage of and immediately informed when activity jumps.
