G4KHF Dave Wilkinson #34443, Certificate Manager of the GB Ten Chapter passed away March 24 2011 after a long bout with a terminal illness. I did have the pleasure to meet Dave at one of the 10-10 conventions and he was a truly dedicated member of 10-10. One of those unique Certificate Managers that would go out of his way to help a member upgrade in the chapter. He will truly be missed by many including myself.
