Saturdays 10-10 net

I know that the band has pretty dead lately but as the new net controller for the Saturday 10-10 net held on 28.380, I would like to try and gather some interest in the net. So, if you are around and happen to hear me, give a try checking into the net (it gets pretty lonely by my self) . I operate from the North East Pa. Area, so if the band has any opening I should be able to work into the south and west.

I will be holding the net today at November 8, 2008, at 1800 hours UTC, on 28.380 Mhz.
Hope to be able to hear someone.

On Saturday, November 29, 2008, I will be in the Los Angeles Ca. area. I will be staying in Disneyland and hopefully I will be able to use N6OPR’s radio to run the net. I will provide more information as the date approaches.

I ran the Saturday 10-10 International Net today at 1800 Hours on 28.380. There was no stations heard for check-ins.
The nosie level was very high here in Northeast Pa. I will try again net week.
