WinIP call look up

I am a subscribed member of the NEW WinIP Call look up that took the place of the OLD XXIP program I would like to know where it is found now as after I did a Upgrade of Version 1.0.0.15 dated 4/30/09 I can not find where to down load it again as there was a BUG in the program that Gerry said he had fixed but now can't seem to find it any where, any one have any ideas as to where to look for the down load, many thanks
