Changes to CHAPNAME & SEALNAME Listings

I am now working on putting together an update to go to K4HAV which will contain all current additions or deletions to subject listings.
I have all the seals from the convention, so no need to send them, but I do need to know if you're are taking some off.

Anytime that you have a change to be posted, please send it to me directly. If K4HAV gets it, he asks me if we need to do it. This
is because Jim is not a paperchaser
