Mel, I am seeing on some lists a Salt River seal. What is that issued for and is it collectible for Steamboat Plus?

Brad those seal should not be on anyone's list since the expired 1 August 2007 and were replaced by the Big_Mo seal. In both cases the seal is worth a 1 point upgrade bonus. BTW the Big_Mo seal will expire 1 July 2009 , wonder why?
