When the rules and forms do not agree, which do you follow?? OK, the "ON AIR > AWARDS > WPX Rules state the following layout: Call Sign, Name, QTH, & 10-10 number. Nothing about a date of contact.

Resources > Forms: The WPX form shows "WPX#, Call Sign, 10-10 #, DXCountry, & Date of contact.

So which one is correct?
