With the recent QSL card rule changes about not requiring QSL cards, many of you are send us applications by email and not using the required forms.

I will accept the forms as posted on the 1010 Website.
I will accept the form as created by the Win1010 software.

Download the website form and then with something like Word,
Fill in the fields with your QSL card info.

If you are using the Win1010 method, setup the contacts that you want to submit and send them. The software prints most of the required info on the file it saves to your computer.
THEN take that file and put it into your email and send it.

ONE WARNING. THE Win1010 country identification software assumes you have checked the callsign for correctness and the software tries to put the Country Name into the record from the call Prefix info you entered.
If you enter the call PREFIX incorrectly it will select the WRONG country SO CK IT before you save it into the computer !!
If you enter the wrong STATE in the QTH, the WAS credit can be rejected as well...

I will reject contacts that do not match correctly.
If necessary, I will ask for a scanned copy of the card for you to get credit!
