Change of email address for QSO Party Logs

I want to make everyone aware that there has been a change to the email address that everyone sends QSO party Logs to.

All QSO Party logs should now be sent to the following email address: tentencontest@ten-ten.org

This was done to prevent any future problems with changing of emails addresses; changing of email providers, etc.

This change will be reflected in the next edition of the NEWS.
