.I had this Problem but as soon as I downloaded Forefox I had no problem getting into the Chat portion of this program.I guess that AOL does not like the chat room 
?? But by running Firefix It works just fine .I have been on AOL now for some 15 years Plus Not had that many Issues so I am staying with it .
