Hi all,
I have available a narrative with charts of the 2010 Spring/Summer Es season in the Library at the PropNET website: http://www.propnet.org
It was a very interesting, exciting and then disappointing year.
The direct link is: http://www.propnet.org/docs/art/KA5DWI_2010_SummaryA.pdf
This is the 6th year of my analysis. I will be putting together a 6-year report sometimes near year-end. A 5-year study was published in the proceedings of the Central States VHF Conference in late July. The 6-year study will be based on 78,000 + bits of data received from late April to late August 2005-2010. I believe that I have put my finger on Es. I don't answer what causes them nor when I'll work you , but I detail what they do by time day and by day of the season, and what their tendencies are. Pulling transmission data from well over 150 PropNET participants have allowed me to do this.
Please enjoy and feel free to email me direct with your questions.
