I'm Wes in Bangor, Maine, 10-10 # 46677. I have been inactive in recent years but am gearing up to get back on the air in the near future. I have picked up a nice old hybrid rig, a Kenwood TS-530SP. I need to get some antennas up. I enjoy working CW and SSB, and I have done a little PSK31 in the past. I no longer have a RigBlaster, so I may have to pick up one down the road.

How is the ten meter band these days? Where are we in the sunspot cycle?

Hoping to see you on the air soon.

Hi Wes,
Welcome back....It's been a while since I have seen Your call on my computer..... During Your tenure as operator for the N1ME 10 meter propagation beacon I logged the signal 788 times from August 01 to July 06.....
Looking forward to the Spring E propagation about the end of April.....should last for about a month and a half....followed by which is the start of cycle 24..... The transequatorial path has been opening recently for my location.... Hopefully the conditions will spread all the way to Maine very soon. :D
