I am sorry to have to report that Frank Darmofalski 10-10 10226 became a silent Key on Sunday November 02, 2008 at 2000 EST.

Frank was a founding member of the Meriden Amateur Radio Club in 1947 and held continuous membership since. He held various offices in the club including President and was the Trustee for W1NRG # 29650 for many years. Frank was Castle Craig number 2T for his position as club trustee. He had been active for many years from his home QTH in Meriden, and when he moved to the Eilim Park retirement home in Cheshire was also active from there thanks to the administration who saw the value of ham radio and erected an antenna for his apartment. Franks primary love was CW and QRP, tho many have worked him on phone, he was active on the MARC and Castle Craig club nets.

Frank will me missed by all who knew him.
