Key Forms in PDF and Word
The following forms are available for member use.
PDF download forms are in PDF format, which permits you to print out the form on any standard printer with all information and spacing preserved. However, to use these files, you must have Acrobat Reader 4.0 installed on your PC. You may obtain a free copy of the "reader" program via download from http://www.adobe.com/. Almost all PDF, Word and HTML form files were graciously developed by Bob Munro, W1IG.
Word files are for your Microsoft Office Word Program. Using word can help you for the numbering on some of the contact sheets if you have the desire to renumber them to fit your needs. You can also use the insert method from office and type in your logs.
Non-PDF Forms are in formats that appear correctly on your browser screen. For HTML files, you may have to make trial runs with your printer to size the form to fit the paper. Note any advice to set your paper in landscape orientation in some cases. Many of the HTML forms were developed through the generous efforts of Bob Munro, W1IG.

A "dupe" sheet is a method of keeping track
of duplicate contacts in contests and in other contexts. See the 10-10
brochure on contests for details of how to use a dupe sheet correctly.
The Qso Party Dupe Sheet can be used for the Open Season Event.
Other special purpose forms will be added as they become available.
