All 6 regular 10-10 QSO Parties begin at 0001 UTC on the first listed date and close at 2400 UTC on the second listed date. The 10-10 Day Sprint is, of course, a 1-day contest.

Open Season - This is a special Digital QSO Party open to all Amateurs with 10 meter privileges first held in 2008 and now is a permanent event.  This link provides the details Open Season
